DESCRIPTION

Semi-automatic line SPL-2.FH with a movable glue application head for the production of boards.

The line consists of the following modules:

Aportal with an adhesive carrier equipped with an electric drive for automatic movement of the carrier in height and width depending on the amount of materials stored on the trolley and their size. The gluing unit is equipped with an automatic nozzle system that prevents the one-component polyurethane adhesive from reacting with moisture. High accuracy of application and automatic control completely eliminate glue losses.
Two stationary pneumatic presses of the pass-through type with movable platforms equipped with an electric drive. The platforms move under the adhesive unit on rails.
Pumping station. The glue is supplied by a high-precision metering pump, which ensures the application of a precisely fixed amount of glue (± 5 g/m2), compensating for the difference in viscosity. This makes it possible to use one-component polyurethane adhesive from any manufacturer without reconfiguring the equipment.
Control cabinet with Internet access for communication with the Gluestream service department.

The automatic glue head allows you to produce panels of different sizes. The application width can be changed on the control panel.
