The automatic GRP cross-cutting machine is designed to streamline the production the production process of your truck body panels.

During the production of refrigerated truck body sandwich panels, it is crucial to properly prepare the materials for gluing. In this process, FRP or GRP plastics are typically supplied in rolls, and it is necessary to unwind them and cut them into sheets of the required length. To optimize this process and ensure safety and cleanliness, we have implemented a cutting line.

The line has been designed to streamline production and eliminate dust-related issues that can negatively impact the quality of the panels. Manual cutting of GRP often generates dust, which can lead to subpar panel quality. To mitigate this, we utilize a guillotine-cutting method.

By employing a guillotine, we significantly reduce the creation of dust during the cutting process. This not only enhances the overall cleanliness of the production environment but also helps maintain the desired quality standards for the refrigerated truck body sandwich panels.

Our line ensures efficient and precise cutting of FRP or GRP plastics, resulting in clean and accurately sized sheets ready for the gluing process. With this streamlined and dust-free approach, we can consistently produce high-quality panels for refrigerated truck bodies.

  • Carousel unwinding machine capable of accommodating up to four GRP reels.
  • Reel feeding machine for smooth and efficient material transfer.
  • Guillotine for precise and accurate cuts.
  • Reel rewinding unit to neatly wind up the plastic material.
  • Control cabinet for easy operation and control.

Description:

GFC-3000 is a guillotine-type cutting machine that features an advanced automatic GRP roll unwinding system.

Loading the reels:

Our user-friendly system allows operators to effortlessly insert the spool into the reel core. Using a forklift, the reel is then placed securely into one of the four seats on the carousel, which is equipped with an electric drive and brake function. Operators have the flexibility to choose which reel to work with.

Operation:

Operators simply select the desired reel and position it in the unwinding area closest to the reel feeding unit. The GRP web is then threaded between the driven rolls of the feeding unit, passing through the guillotine and driven rolls of the rewinding unit.

To initiate the cutting process, the operator selects the desired length of GRP and presses the START button. The reel feeding unit and rewinding unit seamlessly synchronize their operations. As the blade cuts the web, the feeding unit halts while the rewinding unit continues to reel in the GRP, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted workflow.
