What does the SIP panel manufacturing process look like? The SIP panel production process is a precise and structured workflow designed to ensure the highest quality of output. It consists of the following key steps:
designing the building to generate gluing, cutting, and assembly plans, as well as selecting the proper connection elements based on the required load-bearing capacity of wall, roof, and floor panels;
EPS block cutting; panel bonding (gluing and pressing);
panel trimming and final sizing;
cutting connection grooves in the panel cores;
marking and packing panels in accordance with the cutting layout for transport and assembly.
How many workers are required to operate the equipment?
The number of operators depends on your desired monthly production output. Typically, two skilled workers are sufficient to produce one house set per week.
The production cycle is structured in a way that allows time-optimized labor distribution. For example, after placing an EPS block in the CNC cutter, workers can move to another task while the machine cuts the block into sheets automatically.
The bonding process follows a similar logic: it takes around 8–10 minutes to load a press, and 30–40 minutes to complete the pressing cycle. During this time, workers can perform other tasks such as cutting finished panels — maximizing time efficiency.
For improved handling, the SIP production line can be equipped with vacuum lifters to facilitate safe and easy material movement.
