CNC carbon wire PU foam cutting machine

The machine is designed for cutting blocks and boards made of XPS, EPS, PUR, PIR, Rockwool, foamed PU and other foamed materials. We use different types of the carbon wires as the cutting tools due to their superior durability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness compared to conventional hot wires.

The operating system is based on Mach 3 CNC, utilizing a post-processor that converts CAM outputs into a specific G-code for machine tool operation.

The cutting speed of the wire is 1000 mm per minute, depending on the material type, density, and complexity of the cutting shape.

The cutting accuracy is less than 0.2 mm, ensuring precise SIP thickness, which is critical for panel connections.


 The machine can be manufactured in several modifications:

Movable portal with a stationary platform;

Stationary portal with a belt conveyor;

Stationary portal, installed in a continuous production process.
