    DESCRIPTION

    Pass-through pneumatic press

    Pneumatic press P-type is designed for pressing of different types of sandwich panels in the gluing technology, if a high pressing force is not required. 

    P-type press is equipped with pneumatic cylinders. It provides a pressing force in the range of 800-1000 kg/sqm. The pressing force is transmitted evenly throughout the entire pressing area.

    P-type presses can be equipped with different types of the panels’ transportation systems:

    - movable carriages, SPL-1 and SPL-2;

    - roller conveyors SPL-10M, SPL-1 XL Jumbo SIPs;

    - belt conveyors SPL-1 XL.

    P-type presses are widely used as parts of the production lines for SIPs manufacturing, PVC sandwich panels production.

    P-type presses can be modified for the higher pressing force up to 10-12 tons per m2 for technological process of injected PUR SIPs manufacturing - P-type HP press.

    All Gluestream machinery is equipped with a remote access module, providing the customer with 24/7 online internet support.
