DESCRIPTION

Two-component (2-C PUR) polyurethane adhesive automatic applying machine with motorized roller conveyor

Production line of sandwich panels Gluestream SPL-11 2C CONSOLE is designed for manufacturing of composite sandwich panels with thin faced materials, made of aluminum sheets, metal sheets, PVC and HPL sheets, fiberglass sheets. The line is combined with the several types of heated and cold presses.

GLUESTREAM SPL-11 2C CONSOLE is mainly used for production of panels for clean rooms, wall panels, PVC door panels, refrigerated panels, etc.

SPL-11 2C Console consists of:

- Two-component PUR adhesive applying unit;

- Pump station;

- Automated roller conveyor (SPL-11 2C CONSOLE RC) or belt conveyor (SPL-11 2C CONSOLE BC);

- Heated press.

Adhesive applying head is installed on a driven console, located directly on the conveyor table. Console is driven on the guide beam. Glue applying head moves perpendicularly to the conveyor, providing a “diamond shape” applying.

Mixing the adhesive components is performed in the static mixer immediately before the application. Applying head is made of special materials. It is easy  to clean it after the usage.

Pump station, which is equipped with precision dosing pumps, provides a high accuracy mixing and dosing the components of PUR adhesive system.

Machine can be combined with the P-TYPE HEATED OR P-TYPE COLD pass-through presses, depending of the technological process.

All Gluestream machinery is equipped with a remote access module, providing the customer with 24/7 online internet support.
