CNC hot-wire EPS cutting machine
The machine is designed for cutting blocks and boards made of XPS and EPS. It is equipped with a horizontal cutting system for precise material processing.The operating system is based on Mach 3 CNC, utilizing a post-processor that converts CAM outputs into a specific G-code for machine tool operation.
The HWC-3000 is specifically designed for the SIPs manufacturing process and features a working area of 3000 mm × 3000 mm × 1200 mm, allowing for simultaneous cutting of two EPS blocks.
The cutting speed of the wire is 500 mm per minute, depending on the material type, density, and complexity of the cutting shape.
The cutting accuracy is less than 0.2 mm, ensuring precise SIP thickness, which is critical for panel connections.
All Gluestream machinery is equipped with a remote access module, providing the customer with 24/7 online internet support.
