ASPL-10S.XL semi-automatic sandwich panel (SIP) production line 

The ASPL-10S.XL is engineered for the production of large, insulated sandwich panels with a wide variety of surface skins, including OSB, MgO, MDF, plywood, and thin materials such as steel, PVC, and fiberglass. These skins are bonded to core materials such as EPS, XPS, foamed PU, PIR, or mineral wool using a one-component polyurethane adhesive.

  • Maximum panel sizes: 7320 × 1250 mm (24 × 4 ft) and 7320 × 2440 mm (24 × 8 ft)

ASPL-10S.XL automatic line consists of:

1-Component PUR adhesive technology

  • Type of glue - one-component humidity reactive polyurethane adhesive;
  • OJT - 3 minutes;
  • PT - 3-5 minutes;
  • Cold curing process;

The exceptional bonding strength of 1-component PUR comes with a challenge — even minimal moisture can trigger the curing reaction, potentially affecting the adhesive application system. That’s why our equipment is engineered to the highest safety standards, featuring a fully sealed design that ensures reliable, trouble-free operation and long-term durability. 

The high accuracy of positioning and automatic control ensures minimal adhesive loss. The adhesive is delivered using a high-precision dosing pump, applying the exact amount needed (±5g/m²). This system balances the variations in adhesive viscosity, allowing the use of one-component polyurethane adhesives from any manufacturer without the need for hardware reconfiguration.

KAM-PRO Series Adhesive Applicator


Designed for precision, efficiency, and reliability, the KAM-PRO series sets a new benchmark in adhesive application technology. Featuring advanced two-way pneumatic valves, it provides exact control of adhesive flow, while a specialized plasticizer-filled tray prevents premature curing inside the nozzles.

For added safety and convenience, the shutter tray closes automatically in the event of a power outage or when the system remains idle for more than a minute. The closure time can be fully adjusted according to the adhesive’s open time, and operators also have the option to manually activate the tray directly from the control panel.

Thanks to its intelligent automation and operator-friendly design, the KAM-PRO series ensures maximum performance, extended adhesive lifespan, and consistently high-quality results.



The automatic manipulator assembles panels with high precision in material positioning. Our system can handle OSB boards up to 7320 × 2440 mm (24 × 8 ft), with larger sizes available upon customer request.


By adding two additional presses, the line’s production capacity can be boosted considerably, ensuring higher output and efficiency.

Thanks to its smart configuration, the line can be easily adapted to different production processes and offers full flexibility in working with a wide range of adhesive types.
