Circular and disc saws – intended for cutting sandwich panels, OSB, particleboard, MGO, fiber cement boards, and more. The precise and stable positioning of the panel during processing is ensured by a holding system, and there are no deviations or vibrations during cutting thanks to the well-designed cutting beam structure. The tilt angle can be adjusted within the range of 0…45°. Upon request, we can add automation of positioning and measuring to the feeding area, as well as a belt conveyor, which simplifies the production process. In addition, there is a circular saw for edge trimming, which operates in semi-automatic mode.

Band saws – depending on the model, can cut very large panels, as well as panels in stacks, which significantly speeds up the production process and allows you to fulfill more orders. There are saws for straight and angled cutting. Compared to circular saws, band saws produce less noise and dust, have lower inertia, which allows for easier stopping of the equipment in case of emergency.

Groove-forming machine – this panel cutting machine allows you to create grooves in the core of the material, with adjustable groove height and depth. The equipment is also used for edge milling of already laminated panels. The machine can be connected to the central dust extraction system of your facility or equipped with its own dust removal system.

CNC panel saw – this is a professional system for processing sandwich panels with four carriages for cutting from each side. Features of the equipment include a vacuum table that ensures accurate panel positioning during operation without displacement, high precision, a welded frame structure that eliminates deviations and vibrations. Since the panel cutting machine is equipped with numerical control, it simplifies operation for the operator at your facility.

Hot wire or carbon abrasive string cutting machine – unlike the previous types of panel saws, it is intended for cutting foam materials, equipped with a horizontal or vertical cutting system and CNC. The equipment ensures high cutting accuracy, and the cutting speed depends on the density, type of material, and complexity of the shape.
